PRICES
Goods will be invoiced at the price current on the date of despatch.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
CARRAIGE SERVICES –
When your packages are delivered you should check that you have received the correct amount ( the correct amount will be on the consignment note). Any packages damaged or missing should be signed for as damaged or missing on the consignment note before the Driver leaves.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
HOW TO ORDER
Use the shopping cart available on our website.
Order by telephone on 01745 .Before you phone, please have a full description, colours, designs and sizes.
Order by Email @ sales@.Please ensure full name, delivery address and telephone number is included on the email order.
We can hold your order for 7 working days. If payment has not been received after 7 days we will put the goods back into stock. If your payment arrives after 7 days, we cannot guarantee the goods will be in stock.
DELIVERY DATES
We aim to despatch your instock order within 2 to 5 working days. You will be informed of an expected delivery date on any out of stock items.
PAYMENT METHODS
Paypal.
Paying by cheque.If you send us a personal cheque, we would appreciate it if you would write your cheque card number on the back of the cheque, regardless of the amount.

CONTRACT
The contract between ? and the purchaser shall be governed by English Law and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The ownership of all goods will only be transferred to the Purchaser by ? when paid in full.
RETURNED GOODS
Returned goods will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with ?. An invoice number and date of purchase must be despatched with all returns.
