Return / Refund Policy

Every item is carefully inspected and packed. In the unlikely event that your order is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. All shortages / damage MUST be notified to us by email or letter within 3 days of receipt.

If an item is not required it may be returned to us for a refund, less postage and packaging costs, up to seven days after receipt.

You are responsible for the safe return of any item, and obtaining proof of posting is strongly advised.

Refunds under this policy are only made on unused, unworn items that have all packaging intact and are absolutely new.

Shipping Information

We will despatch using the carrier of our choice to the address specified by you.

In stock items are despatched next working day, and we aim to send your order within 2 to 5 days; but please allow up to 7 days for receipt at peak times.

Shipping costs are free per order for UK customers. 

It may be neccessary to add an aditional charge to overseas customers. In this instance, we will contact you prior to any dispatch to confirm any change in shipping costs.
